Mr Moey Keng Weng
UPON FINDING that Mr Moey Keng Weng, non-practising CPA, had breached Rule 40.5 of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (Membership and Fees) Rules, in that he was made a bankrupt by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited on 4 September 2008 and is still an undischarged bankrupt, the Disciplinary Committee ordered that the said Mr Moey Keng Weng be suspended with effect from 28 January 2009 until such time when he is discharged.
