Mr John Seow Teow Han

UPON FINDING that Mr John Seow Teow Han, a non-practising CPA, had breached Rule 40.5 of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (Membership and Fees) Rules, in that he was made a bankrupt by United Overseas Bank Limited on 5 March 2009 and is still an undischarged bankrupt, the Disciplinary Committee ordered that the said Mr John Seow Teow Han be suspended for the period coinciding with his bankruptcy, ie from 5 March 2009 until such time when he is discharged.
