Singapore Accountancy Academy (SAA), the training arm of ICPAS, administers training and professional development programmes for ICPAS members and members of the public who wish to acquire accountancy and other related qualifications.

SAA was established in 1985 and has been awarded the Premier Registered status by the ACCA, UK in recognition of the quality of tuition provision for ACCA students.
